Girl Geek Dinners is proud to be an event partner for the Women 4 Tech track being run with in the Mobile World Congress 2017. This is a fantastic new step within the mobile sector and we are delighted to support the MWC and GSMA with this!

UN Women and Girls in ICT Day 2017. International Girls in ICT Day, an initiative backed by all ITU Member States in ITU Plenipotentiary Resolution 70 (Rev. Busan, 2014), aims to create a global environment that empowers and encourages girls and young women to consider careers in the growing field of ICTs, enabling both girls and technology companies to reap the benefits of greater female participation in the ICT sector. International Girls in ICT Day is celebrated on the 4th Thursday in April every year.
Girl Geek Dinners will as always be running events on this date to mark the occasion!
