What changed? There was a boom in women tech organisations that run voluntarily or as for profit organisations. There are training courses, resources and support networks globally. Change is finally happening and Girl Geek Dinners are no longer needed in places that they once were. We still have the option for anyone to start an event if they feel these are needed and our reputation still stands as one of the early change makers within the industry.
