Dr Tracy Johnson, a coach, careers adviser, lecturer, writer & self-protection instructor. Tracy coaches holistically, believing that you need a healthy mind in a healthy body if you want to get where you want to go. She takes this seriously herself, training regularly, eating a healthy diet and practising yoga and mindfulness meditation.
We will be running a 2 hour workshop in Bath on Thursday 12th September 2013 for those of you that wish to explore new ways to build your self-esteem, leading to better choices, motivating you to take the next step on your career or in your life. The work shop will consist of a talk from Dr Tracy Jonson followed by a group self-defence class, which builds naturally on becoming more assertive.
