Filip Bunkens (@bunker on Twitter, or Lonebackrider from the Flickr set below) is one of the organisers of twiist, the affordable one day conference for linke-minded web creatives. In short:

twiistOn the 15th of may the “Provinciehuis” in Leuven will be the scene for a one day conference for webcreatives interested in everything concerning the web. Aral Balkan, Serge Jespers, Drew McLellan, Chris Messina, Elliot Jay Stocks, Brian Suda en Glenn Jones will present their ideas during the day.

Tickets for twiist.be, or The Way Internet Is Supposed To Be are very affordable to ensure that everybody, from students to big cooperations are able to attend. The goal is to connect and inspire people, so that they are motivated after the conference. That’s why the tickets are only 100 euro (excluding VAT). They are available now at http://www.twiist.be/register

Short on cash? Then get creative! We’ve got two tickets for the first two girl geeks who e-mail the correct answer to info (at) twiist (dot) be. And the question is: who came up with the name “twiist”?
